The space needed to support professional presentations and panel discussions, with clear audio coverage and seamless visual access from every seat. Specific requests included integrated microphones for speakers, a reliable video projection system, return screens for presenters, and a wireless content sharing solution.
Solution Provided
To meet these requirements, we delivered a complete AV installation that ensures an intuitive and high-performance user experience. We installed gooseneck microphones directly into the furniture, allowing speakers to be clearly heard without compromising the room’s clean design. The video projection system, paired with an electric projection screen, delivers sharp image quality suitable for presentations and multimedia content.
The return screens allow speakers to monitor their presentations with ease, maintaining engagement and control. For effortless content sharing, we set up a wireless USB-C bundle solution. Participants can now connect and present instantly, without the need for cables or complicated setup.
This meeting room is now equipped to host everything from internal briefings to large-scale presentations, delivering clear sound, dynamic visuals, and smooth connectivity across the board.
