DECISION-MAKING ROOM EQUIPMENT, VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEMS
Client Request
In this boardroom, our client wanted to upgrade their audio and video system. They needed microphones so that everyone in the assembly could hear each other clearly. They also wanted the assembly to be able to view and share documents from anywhere in the room. Additionally, they required a video conferencing system capable of filming the speakers. The system needed to be easy to use.
Solution Provided
To meet these requests, we integrated 18 gooseneck microphones with speakers into the tables, complemented by an audio system with 4 ceiling speakers. The microphones are paired with 4 cameras. When a microphone is activated, a camera automatically turns to film the speaker.
The microphones and cameras are connected to a ClickShare system. ClickShare allows for the display of a PC screen and wireless access to the room’s peripherals (microphones and cameras) for video conferencing. We also installed monitors in the middle of the boardroom so that the entire assembly can see the shared content, as well as desk power outlets, HDMI and USB, to facilitate the use.
